Most wholesale tea is blended across four countries until it tastes identical every year. That works for volume, and it means nobody in your room can say where any of it came from.
Female owned, housing on site
The farm is female owned, and the people working it live in housing the farm built and maintains on the land. That is rarer in this supply chain than it should be, and it is a real thing to tell a customer.
Leaf your staff can talk about
Whole leaf, dated, with a two sentence story per tea. That is the same mechanism that makes your coffee sell, applied to the one drink on your menu nobody can currently describe.

Hot water and something to steep in. If you already serve tea in any form, you already have both.
Training is one sheet, about twenty minutes
Steep time, water temperature, one line per tea on where it came from. That is the whole curriculum.
Start with two or three, not a pallet
Order small and often while you find out what your room actually drinks. Three teas you can sell beats ten you are storing.
Taste it before you commit
The application is a few minutes and there is no call to book. If it fits, samples come to you. If it does not, you get told that too.
